-Happy, smiling faces

Food

Try to avoid dairy and apple products 1-2 hours before the lesson. These foods are a little hard on these little swimmers tummy when they are in the pool and they are not able to digest them quick enough before their swim lessons.

First Day of Lessons

The first day of lessons will be about building a rapport and teaching your swimmer to close their mouth underwater and grab the wall. The first week of lessons is all about having your child learn how to propel their body through the water and find the wall. Towards the end of the week we will start to introduce the back float.
