Lesson Request Form

Due to the high volume of families served each year and requests for lessons, please fill out this form to better streamline the scheduling process. This is a request form, not a guarantee for time slot OR start date. Both are given on a first come, first serve basis. Early submission is recommended.

Rollback to Float:

-Infants are taught to hold their breath, then turn over and back float independently

-Fundamental breath holding and back floating

-Students are able to do these skills fully clothed

-Each lesson is customized to adapt to each student’s pace

-Up to 10 minutes per lesson

-Lessons are Monday through Thursday (you come all 4 days)

-Most children complete the course in 3-5 weeks (12-20 lessons)

-$100 per week, one on one

Swim Float Swim Sequence:

-Teaches toddlers to swim face down (at least 5-6ft), turn over and float independently, then continue swimming 

-Students are able to problem solve in the water and find an exit (if one is available)

-Among other survival and swim skills

-Students are able to perform these skills fully clothed

-Each lesson is customized to each student’s pace

-Up to 10 minutes per lesson

-Lessons are Monday through Thursday

-Most children complete the course in 4-6 weeks (16-24 lessons)

-$100 per week, one on one

Refresher:

-Child has either completed rollback to float or swim float swim lessons with Hubbard Survival Swim or other reputable survival swim school

-Lessons are 2 weeks to refresh skills to grow with the child as they grow

-$100 per week, one on one, $40 deposit due at time of scheduling (if cancelled within 72 hours deposit will not be returned)

Continuing lessons either 2x or 4x week:

-Student has completed either rollback to float or swim float swim with Hubbard Survival Swim School or other reputable survival swim school

-Would like to continue lessons to keep skills sharp and potentially more build swim skills (diving, strokes, etc)

$100 weekly tuition

$100 New student registration fee (due upon completing registration form after scheduling)

$40 Returning student registration fee (due upon completing registration form after scheduling)

$40 deposit for refresher lessons (if lesson is cancelled within 3 days you will not receive your deposit back, deposits are deducted from the first weekly tuition of lessons

February (2:30-7pm)

March (7:30-9:30am and 2:30-7pm)

April-October (7:30-10:30am and 2:30-7pm)

November-December (2:30-6:30pm)
